This "crew" is individually put together according to the requirements of your project from a pool of over 40 engineers and experts.
Project Engineer / Project Manager
Our project engineers / project managers take care of the coordination and implementation of your project. They bundle and distribute information. With their comprehensive and complex engineering knowledge, which deepends in individual specialist areas, they are optimally equipped for this task.
Industrial Engineer
Plant planning and factory planning is the field in which our industrial engineers are at home. Whenever it comes to achieving higher efficiency by restructuring existing plants, they come into play. The same applies when it comes to transforming a "green field" into a highly efficient factory plant. In doing so, we follow the "Inside to Outside" planning approach.
Quality Manager
The implementation of quality assurance measures and the monitoring of quality assurance are the main tasks of this classic key position. The performance of audits and last but not least the closing of the control loop by the introduction of process optimizing measures are also part of the tasks of our quality managers.
Q planner
Well planned is half secured. Before the start of serial production, our Q planners ensure that all the tools are ready for the "SOP" to successfully complete a new Q-technical start-up - in other words, to supply the customer exclusively with good parts.
Supplier manager
Our supplier managers act on site at the customer's premises. They put projects that have gone wrong back on track, ensure delivery capability and permanently eliminate problems by closing gaps in the Q control loops. They are in close contact with our trainers and prepare the supplier for qualification through training and further education.
Process specialist
Some live for die casting, others for gravity casting. Still others for painting surfaces and still others for the production of plastic parts. Every discipline has its professionals and some work for us. Not much more needs to be said about this.
Process expert
Our process experts are closer to the component. We employ process experts in the fields of light metals and iron casting. Simulations of casting processes and the analysis of casting defects by stereo-optical observation as well as the preliminary planning and optimization / adaptation of casting components to the selected manufacturing process are, for example, tasks of our process experts.
Trainers
As part of the "Project Engineering Campus", we offer practical seminars on casting and QM topics. Our trainers can also be involved in projects in order to carry out "training on the job" or to solve a specific problem within the framework of a workshop.
All employees involved in your projects have many years of professional experience, some with management experience.
Last but not least is the service-oriented PE back office, which takes care of professional customer care and communication.
